Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. For concerns, please contact the carrier directly.

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx / DHL for domestic and international deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
